Wang Yan is a Lecturer on Environmental Design of School of Architecture, Tianjin University. One of her main research field is Landscape aesthetics, including theories of landscape aesthetics, the developing tendency of modern landscape aesthetics, theories and manners of modern landscape design. The other is Landscape ecology, sponge city especially. The focus of her research is the exploration of landscape design under the background of the Sponge City Construction, including various terrain and environments. She also have done many landscape-design projects to verify her research.
Wang Yan hold the professional Bachelor in Architecture, Master’s Degrees in Arts from Tianjin University.
