Dr Wanghe is an associate professor and doctor of public art at tianjin university. He is a member of Chinese sculpture society、master's tutor，and won the title of "beiyang scholar • young backbone teacher". He is mainly engaged in public art design and theoretical research. He has published 13 monographs. In addition, he co-authored 10 books with others. His research report was published in the full page of guangming daily. He has successively presided over 11 projects such as the national art research project funded by social science in the later stage, the youth fund for humanities and social science of the ministry of education, and the major social science projects of tianjin education commission,and has published more than 60 academic papers. His artistic creation won the second prize of tianjin art exhibition, the first prize and the third prize of tianjin youth art exhibition. And he design more than 10 urban sculptures in tianjin, handan and other places. Furthermore he has published more than 70 columns in tianjin daily and jinwan evening news.
Dr Wanghe lectured the online open class "design and humanities —— contemporary public art" on super star erya platform, and "global public art design frontier" on love course platform and wisdom tree platform. He published 6 supporting teaching materials independently for the courses and won the 3rd education scientific outstanding achievement award in Tianjin. He has published more than ten papers on educational reform. His course has be built as an open online course of tianjin university in 2017. In 2016, he won the first prize in the teaching competition of young teachers of tianjin university and Won the second prize of tianjin university teaching achievement award in 2017.
