Wang Miao is an Associate Professor of Landscape Architecture at School of Architecture - Tianjin University. Her main research field includes Regional cultural heritages, Environmental protection and Regeneration, Big Data Analytics for landscape. She has also been teaching at design studio basis on architecture designs, with concerns of landscape architecture and cultural heritages protection. Her recent research projects include landscape design of parks, squares, waterfront areas, and ecological in landscape and structures, which vast experiences on projects based on the protection and regeneration of regional cultural heritages.
Wang Miao holds a professional Bachelor Degree in Art and Design, Master Degree and Doctor of Engineering in Environmental Art Design from Tianjin University where she did an exchange program at Chung Yuan Christian University during Year 2011.
