The teaching projects the team is responsible for constructing cover design, construction, theory and short-semester practical courses. The teaching forms include classroom lectures, design workshops, flipped classrooms, "theory-design" and "design-construction" integrated courses, etc. After years of practice and transformation, the teaching team has formed a course group with distinctive characteristics and is very popular among students. For example, the short-semester "New Engineering General Studies" for the second-year undergraduate students led Tianjin University's 2021 outstanding undergraduate teaching collective work cases; the "Life Capsule" design topic for the third-year undergraduate students was selected as the most popular design topic among students in the voting , and won three "Hope Cup" international design competition awards; the "Senseable City" graduation project, as the first interactive design work in China, has won many awards for outstanding digital design works in China.
