Mr. Peng has devoted his life to the research and practice of architectural theory, and has made important contributions to the construction and development of architectural disciplines in China.

In order to commemorate Mr. Peng Yigang's noble character and outstanding contributions, Tianjin University Architectural Design Planning Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University School of Architecture jointly held the exhibition "Peng Yigang - The Creative Practice of Outstanding Contemporary Architects, Theorists and Educators" to remember and inherit Mr. Peng's academic thoughts and creative concepts.

The concept of architectural innovation is key in Mr. Peng Yigang's design works. He believes in creating a new style of contemporary and national architecture by acquiring advanced foreign design ideas, concepts and skills while rooting in local culture The embodiment of Chinese spirit, Chinese values and Chinese strength in his works is a portrayal of Mr. Peng's life. In view of the different functions of the building, Mr. Peng uses his magic pen to make the building full of cultural charm and artistic charm, fully demonstrating his profound and solid design skills.

The exhibition "Peng Yigang - The Creative Practice of Outstanding Contemporary Architects, Theorists and Educators" shows Mr. Peng's lifelong achievements in the fields of architectural creation, academic theory and design practice, and presents Mr. Peng's outstanding contributions to the development of modern architectural education in China. The exhibition showcases 44 hand-painted works by Mr. Peng, which reflect Mr. Peng's incomparable enthusiasm, superb expressive skills, and classic interpretations of the fusion of Chinese culture and modern art.

The exhibition was officially opened on December 24, 2022 in the exhibition hall on the tenth floor of Tianjin University Architectural Design Planning Research Institute Co., Ltd., and the exhibition period is from December 24, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
